Magnolia Manor of Marion County provides quality skilled nursing to those living in southwestern Georgia. The compassionate and loving staff members at Marion County care for individuals who need help recovering from illness or injury and for those who require long-term medical attention. Marion County Nursing Center features an excellent on-site therapy program that includes physical, occupational and speech therapy. The residents here enjoy a variety of planned social activities and events throughout the year. Perhaps the most unique aspect of Magnolia Manor of Marion County is the nursing center's Auxiliary. Auxiliary members actively work to improve the quality of life for each resident. Some of the Auxiliary's most impressive accomplishments include raising money to build the beautiful Peace Garden outside the windows of the main dining room as well as funding the Chapel of Hope that graces the campus.
In addition to skilled nursing, Magnolia Manor of Marion County offers an Adult Day Program for older adults with Alzheimer's or dementia, chronic disease and other health-related issues requiring an increase in care needs. Caregivers can relax knowing their loved one receives medication assistance, social activities, home-cooked meals, RN supervision, companionship and assistance with grooming, bathing, and other activities of daily living.
