I have had several family members here. They were are well cared for! The facility is modern and clean, the food tastes good, & the staff is knowledgeable and kind.

The whole staff from administration, activities, nurses and even house keeping staff treat not only the residents but the family as their family. If something happens the staff calls immediately and if a problem comes up it is addressed immediately.

Love my home here. My apartment is so roomy. I have made a lot of friends here. Everyone is so nice and friendly. The Paratransit Bus comes and takes you where you need to go and picks you back up. It's nice to spend the day out shopping and having lunch. Coming to Magnolia Manor was sure the right choice for me.

My every interaction with staff has been more than helpful and pleasant. My mom adapted surprisingly fast. My mom is upbeat and enjoys the staff and other residents. Any time I have questions or concerns, they are addressed quickly. This is never an easy decision to make, but this facility put me at ease and handled all the paperwork for me. My Grandmother lived at Magnolia Manor in Richmond Hill for 21 years. We have recently moved my Mother in there and she is just as happy as my grandmother was.
