This multi-faceted community consists of Columbus East, a 210-bed nursing home, Columbus West, a 166-bed nursing home, and Columbus Memory Care Specialized Assisted Living, a 44-apartment residence. A dementia skilled nursing care wing provides a home for over 50 residents. Rehabilitative therapy rounds out the services provided on this Magnolia Manor campus. Our versatile staff is equipped to meet our residents’ needs as they transition throughout their golden years.
