Dave joined the Magnolia Manor team in June of 2022. As the Senior Vice-President for Finance, Dave will oversee all financial operations for Magnolia Manor including helping manage the financial decisions on all nine campuses.

Diane has been with Magnolia Manor since 2014. As the Senior Vice President for Human Resources, her responsibilities include overseeing the integrity of the organization’s personnel programs, including recruiting, hiring, benefits, record retention as well as directing policy, practices and programs for personnel.

Barbara joined the Magnolia Manor team in 1985 as an evening nursing supervisor. She is currently the Vice President for Clinical Services and Corporate Compliance Officer. In this capacity, Barbara is responsible for ensuring compliance with long term care laws and regulations.

David Prince

David joined Magnolia Manor in 2002 as an entry level computer technician. In 2017, he was promoted to Vice President for Information Technology. Some of David’s responsibilities consist of researching and testing new software and technology, monitoring network and data security, and providing direction for IT team members.

Joy Roberts

Joy joined the Magnolia Manor family in 2015. In her present role as the Vice President of Clinical Reimbursement, her responsibilities include training staff members that participate in Minimum Data Set (MDS) processes and Medicare & Medicaid reimbursement, assisting with care planning, and maintaining correspondence with Managed Care Companies and insurance contractors.

John joined the Magnolia Manor family in 2016 with over 20 years of pastoral ministry experience. In his role as a the Vice President for Spiritual Life, John is responsible for leading our chaplains and providing spiritual care to all of our residents through worship services, Bible study groups, one-on-one visits and more.
