Hill has been with Magnolia Manor since 2004. He served as the Senior Vice President for Operations for 16 years. In 2024, he became the President & CEO and currently oversees the functions of the organization to ensure the sustainability of Magnolia Manor.
Dave Charter
Senior Vice President for Finance and CFO
Dave joined the Magnolia Manor team in June of 2022. As the Senior Vice President for Finance, Dave oversees all financial operations for Magnolia Manor including helping manage the financial decisions on all eight campuses.
Diane Harrison
Senior Vice President for Human Resources
Diane has been with Magnolia Manor since 2014. As the Senior Vice President for Human Resources, her responsibilities include overseeing the integrity of the organization’s personnel programs, including recruiting, hiring, benefits, record retention as well as directing policy, practices and programs for personnel.
Ty Kinslow
Senior Vice President for Communications
Ty joined the Magnolia Manor team in July of 2020. As Senior Vice President for Communications, his responsibilities include overseeing the public and media relations, marketing, fundraising, church relations and spiritual care programs for the organization.
Patrick Fellers
Vice President for Operations
Patrick joined the Magnolia Manor leadership team as the Vice President for Operations in January of 2024. In this role, Patrick assists with daily organizational projects and helps manage systems that strengthen the organization.
Reverend Henry C. Bass
Vice President for Church Relations
Henry came to Magnolia Manor in 2019 as the Vice President for Church Relations. He handles all connections with local churches to help spread the word about the Magnolia Manor ministry.
Andrea Evans
Vice President for Business Development
Andrea joined the Magnolia Manor family as the Vice President for Business Development in July of 2018. Some of Andrea’s responsibilities include developing and executing our organizational sales plan, as well as coaching the sales staff at each campus.
Susie Fussell
Vice President for Resident Safety and Emergency Management
Susie, BSN, RNBC, LNHA, began working at Magnolia Manor in August 2010 as the Administrator of the Americus Nursing Center. She now serves as the Vice President for Resident Safety and Emergency Preparedness. In this role, Susie is responsible for the oversight of the Emergency Preparedness Program for the organization.
Barbara Mitchell
Vice President for Clinical Services & Corporate Compliance Officer
Barbara, RN, LNHA, joined the Magnolia Manor team in 1985 as an evening nursing supervisor. She is currently the Vice President for Clinical Services and Corporate Compliance Officer. In this capacity, Barbara is responsible for ensuring compliance with long term care laws and regulations.
David Prince
Vice President for Information Technology
David joined Magnolia Manor in 2002 as an entry level computer technician. In 2017, he was promoted to Vice President for Information Technology. Some of David’s responsibilities consist of researching and testing new software and technology, monitoring network and data security, and providing direction for IT team members.
Mike Waldal
Vice President for Physical Plant and Environmental Services
Mike joined Magnolia Manor in March 2024. His responsibilities as the Vice President for Physical Plant and Environmental Services includes overseeing maintenance operations and the environmental service departments for all eight campuses.
Rev. Dr. John Walker
Vice President for Spiritual Care
John joined the Magnolia Manor family in 2016 with over 20 years of pastoral ministry experience. In his role as a the Vice President for Spiritual Life, John is responsible for leading our chaplains and providing spiritual care to all of our residents through worship services, Bible study groups, one-on-one visits and more.
Angela Watkins
Vice President for Clinical Education
Angela Watkins has been with Magnolia Manor for over 20 years. She became the Vice President for Clinical Education in August 2023. In this role, she oversees and conducts educational programs at Magnolia Manor.
Kris Knost
Vice President for Nutrition and Dining Services
Kris joined Magnolia Manor in March 2025. As the Vice President for Nutrition and Dining Services, she oversees all nutritional planning and dietary needs for each Magnolia Manor campus.
May Stevens
Vice President for Assisted and Independent Living
May Stevens joined the Magnolia Manor team as a campus Administrator in 2015. In 2025, she was promoted to the Vice President for Assisted and Independent Living position, where she manages all assisted and independent living operations at Magnolia Manor.
