At Magnolia Manor of Macon, we have a small lake that is perfect for an afternoon “fresh catch” or for an evening stroll. It is surrounded by 144 independent living apartments, 16 villas, an assisted living wing, and many happy residents. Our busy retirees have the option of getting together with friends for lunch in the formal dining room, or choosing to enjoy the privacy of dining in their own homes. There is an abundance of activities and events that our Macon residents enjoy, including the annual Cherry Blossom Festival.

Our Macon campus offers several options for Independent Living. We also offer Assisted Living for those who need a little more help, while maintaining maximum independence.
Independent living within a caring community is the key to life at Magnolia Manor of Macon. Each apartment has a full kitchen, living room and balcony/patio.
Each Villa has two bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, living room, large porch and private garage. The villas are grouped in duplex and quadplex design.
Each apartment has a kitchenette, living room, bathroom and one bedroom. Privacy and security complete the Supportive Housing concept.
Our Assisted Living wing offers 24 (1 and 2 bedroom) apartments for residents requiring additional assistance. These apartments are just a short walk to a lovely dining room, located in the Linda H. Lane Resident Life Center.
Get a taste of all downtown offers, with restaurants that feature local specialties from soul food to international cuisine, from burgers to fine dining with options for a fresh and farm to table experience. Boutiques, galleries, and gift shops offer up local art, fascinating trinkets, and souvenirs worthy to serve as a memory of your soulful visit.
