Senior Living Explained
Learn what different types of senior living care are available and which one best fits your needs now and in the future.

Thanksgiving is the holiday where we not only overeat but also consciously think about all the people and blessings that make us thankful. It’s the perfect prelude to the December holidays that focus on giving. What better way to express gratitude than by helping someone who has a need you can help fill? It is personally rewarding to know you are making a difference.
As 2024 comes to an end, we want to thank all the individuals, church congregations, and businesses whose support has made our Magnolia Manor communities stronger and more effective this year. The new year brings new opportunities to help us enhance our residents’ lives in body, mind, and spirit.
Won’t you join us?
Volunteer Your Time
With nine senior living communities located throughout South Georgia, there is bound to be a Magnolia Manor campus near you. So come on down! Be someone’s honorary grandchild, take someone to church, teach a skill, help us with special events, or just hang out and socialize.
To volunteer or learn more, just fill out this form or call the specific campus where you would like to volunteer.
Donate Your Money
It is our mission at Magnolia Manor to provide high-quality care and daily living to every resident at the most affordable cost possible. If a resident runs out of money (a situation that, sadly, is quite common among older seniors), they are never asked to leave their home with us. This is how we put our faith to work. However, excellence in senior living is costly.
Here are multiple ways you can provide vital financial support:
Magnolia Manor is a registered charity in Georgia and other states. You can make a one-time donation or contribute monthly or annually. You can donate online or via mail.
If you like, you can earmark your contribution to support a specific campus or our League of the Good Samaritan. This means the funds will be used directly to support residents in need of financial aid.
This month, you can also participate in our Christmas Tree Decorating Contest. Funds from this fun and festive event are used to provide gifts for all our residents at Magnolia Manor.
Join Us for Fundraising Events
All of our campuses host special events throughout the year, and sometimes those are fundraisers. We also put on three major events each year that raise funds for the League of the Good Samaritan. These are open to the public, giving friends of Magnolia Manor a chance to do something they love doing while benefiting others at the same time. Win-win!

Corporate sponsorships
Community-minded businesses and their employees support Magnolia Manor (and so many other entities around our area) in multiple ways. Aside from individual or group volunteering, monetary and in-kind contributions enable us to minimize the costs of special events as well as ongoing programs. That helps us to do even more to give our residents the carefree lifestyle they deserve.
Our 2025 Corporate Sponsorship brochure details key upcoming opportunities.
Your generosity is a gift to all of us at Magnolia Manor. Staff and residents alike, we each understand and appreciate the time and money others contribute to help us stay true to our mission and our faith-based support of seniors in South Georgia.
