Americus
Our vibrant, flagship community is the largest of our eight campuses and offers all care types. Independent residents can choose among villas, cottages, and several apartment options. In addition, catered living supports independent residents with extra personalized services designed to make everyday life even simpler and more enjoyable. We also offer Supportive Housing living options for qualifying low-income seniors. If the need for a higher level of care arises, residents can continue to age in place comfortably as their healthcare needs evolve.

Macon
Our community in Macon is quite the “catch” in more ways than one, but those who love to fish especially love having a small lake right on campus. Of course, it’s also popular with those who love to stroll around it.

For independent residents, there are 120 apartments with one or two bedrooms as well as 16 two-bedroom villas. The catered living option is also offered here, for independent residents who would prefer to skip cooking, cleaning, and doing laundry. Our Macon campus also offers one-bedroom Supportive Housing apartments.

Moultrie
This community offers 48 spacious one- or two-bedroom independent and assisted living apartments. A scenic pond in the backyard is a fan favorite among residents who enjoy nature. With dedicated, compassionate staff and neighbors who quickly become like family, Magnolia Manor South in Moultrie creates a homelike environment that residents are proud to call their own.

Richmond Hill
You can see the forest and the trees at Richmond Hill, where our 88 independent and 30 assisted living apartments are surrounded by 40 acres of woods. This community features an abundance of amenities, from walking and fishing to the media center and chapel. Apartments come with either one or two bedrooms. Richmond Hill also offers the catered living option for independent residents who would like some extra services.

St. Marys
Luxurious waterfront living is just right for many independent and assisted living seniors. Our St. Marys community is cozy, featuring a quiet lifestyle with a close-knit group of residents. Many festive celebrations bring this campus to life throughout the year, offering great opportunities for families to gather and make memories.
