At Magnolia Manor, we refer to our campuses as senior living communities because they are just that – places where people live, work, and play together. To us, staff and residents are one big family. On the staff side, it’s an extended family, as it takes a lot of people working in many different roles to create the “support team” so our residents can live life to the fullest when they move to Magnolia Manor. Our staff is an extended family in another way.
“I had the chance to see how family-oriented and loving everything is, since my mom has worked here for so long,” says Jalynn Daniels. She’s now on the housekeeping/laundry team at Magnolia Manor South in Moultrie.
So, who are the folks who keep things running smoothly for residents?
Administrator
Each campus has an administrator who manages and oversees the operations of the community, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing staff and finances, and prioritizing resident care and well-being.
Tekel Harrison from our Columbus campus was inspired to become a professional Nursing Home Administrator by his mom, a CNA.
“I believe I have found the organization that I will retire from,” he says. “The culture from the top down is one of passion for what we do. What I value is what I’ve found here … it’s not just about the nickels and dimes, but taking care of residents and families with a heart-forward approach.”

The best way to learn more about the kinds of people who work every day on behalf of our residents is to come and take a tour. Meet some staff members and talk to them one-on-one. Another way to learn even more about our amazing team is to read their stories in our quarterly Manor Living magazine. Each issue profiles at least one, and sometimes two or three, of these outstanding professionals.
